Egg Sale - Quarterly Report

Producers/Distributors must report the number of 30 dozen eggs they sell to retailers, food service facilities and/or consumers each quarter. From that a quarterly fee is identified, that must be paid to MDA. If fees aren't received, a late fee penalty will be assessed. This form and associated fees must be completed and submitted to our office 4 times/year. View Details
