Egg Sale - Quarterly Report

General Info - Statewide Registration


Producers/Distributors must report the number of 30 dozen eggs they sell to retailers, food service facilities and/or consumers each quarter. From that a quarterly fee is identified, that must be paid to MDA. If fees aren't received, a late fee penalty will be assessed. This form and associated fees must be completed and submitted to our office 4 times/year.

Reports are due as below:

January - March due by April 30

April - June due by July 31

July - September due by October 31

October - December due by January 31 of the following year


Application Cost - $0.08 per 30 dozen cases of shell eggs sold
