General Info - Statewide Registration
Producer and Packer of shell eggs to register with the Maryland Department of Agriculture annually. We have additional documents about egg production.
Registration for existing producers expire on Dec 30 of each year. Submissions should be made by Dec 15 for the upcoming year. New Producers can register anytime during the year.
Fees vary from $0 to $30. Please refer to the form for fees that apply for you.
