  1. The applicant shall be at least 18 years old.

  2. An applicant shall meet the educational and experience requirements as outlined here.

  3. Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, the applicant shall pass the examination given by the Board under this subtitle.

Maintaining Your License

Renewal and maintenance -

Maintaining your License (aka Related forms/requirements to maintain License/stay in good standing)

  1. The law requires licensees to complete 24 hours of Continuing Professional Competency (CPC) hours as a condition of renewal.

  2. The 24 hours of CPC must be completed during the 2-year licensing period immediately preceding the current renewal date. This provision does not apply to the first renewal of a license.
