An applicant must submit and get approval of a final erosion and sediment control plan for site before getting approval for a grading permit.

Applicant must certify in writing that any construction or development will be done in accordance to the approved erosion and sediment control plan.

Where applicable, the applicant shall submit an approved stormwater management plan.

Where applicable, the applicant shall submit an executed developer agreement for the stormwater management work and any required maintenance agreement for the maintenance of a private stormwater management system.

The applicant shall provide the County with surety in the form of a letter of credit or cash to guarantee the cost of stabilizing the soil within the construction area and the costs of the installation, maintenance, and removal of the erosion and sediment controls shown on the approved plan.
