General Info - Statewide Registration

MDA has a cooperative agreement with USDA to perform shipping point and destination market inspections to certify the grades of fruits and vegetables. Producers can request one of these types of inspections by submitting the Fruit and Vegetable inspection form to MDA. The fruit and vegetable inspection request form is a federal form and the request must be submitted to FQAP on this exact form.

There will be a $43/hour cost associated to this request with a minimum of 3 hours per trip.

Overtime and weekend rate will be $48/hr.

Mileage at $.65/mile for each trip.
