General Info - Statewide Registration

Distributors who sell/distribute shell eggs in Maryland are required to register with the Maryland Department of Agriculture annually. We have additional documents about egg production.

Registration for existing producers expire on Dec 30 of each year. Submissions should be made by Dec 15 for the upcoming year.

New Producers can register anytime during the year.
