Veterinary Hospital License Application Details

This Maryland license is required for all veterinary hospitals, including mobile hospitals and limited use facilities. Licensing veterinary hospitals helps ensure that minimum sanitary requirements are met.

01 - Registration 

02 - Inspections: If a hospital is changing ownership and has had an inspection within the last 12 months a new inspection will be done within 60 days of the change over. All other applications will require an inspection before they can open. Please submit your application 30 days before the opening date/or change of ownership effective date. Hospital must be occupant ready and no longer under construction.
