Use this form to request a transcript from a CLOSED Maryland postsecondary school. This is for Closed Postsecondary Institutions only – This site is not for High School Transcripts

 

We will not accept email, telephone and/or fax verifications.


Please consult the attachment below for a list of closed Maryland postsecondary institutions for which the Maryland Higher Education Commission maintains at least some student records.

  5. Third party requests must contain a signed authorization from the student.
