Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport Courtesy/Commercial Permit

Distributed by Maryland Department of Transportation

A Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport Courtesy/Commercial Permit must be obtained and displayed before any commercial or courtesy vehicle will be permitted to conduct business at the Airport.  Commercial/Courtesy permits will be issued to a business and not to a specific vehicle. Therefore, the permit(s) may be transferred between any properly BWI Marshall-registered vehicle belonging to the business to which the permit was issued.
