365 Day Recreational Crabbing Boat License

Recreational crabbing boat license. Includes an individual crabbing license for the purchaser of the boat license. If the purchaser is not on board the licensed boat, an individual on board is then authorized to catch the licensed recreational limit of one bushel of male hard crabs and two dozen soft crabs or male peeler crabs.

365 Day Recreational Crabbing License

Recreational crabbing license required for individuals using certain gear or catching more than a certain amount of crabs in the Chesapeake Bay and its tidal tributaries. No license is required to crab in the Atlantic Ocean, coastal bays, and their tributaries. If a Maryland resident purchases a recreational crabbing license as an add-on to a Chesapeake Bay & Coastal Sport Fishing License or a Resident Senior Consolidated Sport Fishing license, the cost is $2. If a Maryland resident purchases a stand-alone recreational crabbing license, the cost is $5. The cost for non-residents is $10.

365 Day Trout Stamp (Non-Resident)

Allows non-residents to recreationally fish for trout in non-tidal waters of the state for 365 days. Must be purchased in addition to a Non-Tidal Sport Fishing License in order to fish for trout. This license is required for individuals 16 years of age or older to catch, attempt to catch, or possess trout in non-tidal waters.
